Shoji Films was born out of our love for cinema as an art form—an art capable of capturing dreams on film. Our motivation is to bring projects to life across all formats—documentary, fiction, and animation—for both the big and small screen. We aim not only to tell unique and compelling stories but also to carefully craft the form and aesthetics through which they are told. These are stories that resonate, captivate, and often prompt reflection in the viewer, while addressing social issues.  

We are committed to auteur-driven projects, offering opportunities to emerging filmmakers whose work reflects the values we strive to uphold as a production company: creativity, talent, social engagement, and a deep love for the seventh art.
