Our short film A spot in the world, directed by Carlos Robisco and co-produced with Gxxdtimefilms and LastCrit, and distributed by Selected Films, will have its world premiere at the famous Medina del Campo Film Festival.
The 37th Medina del Campo Film Week will open between February 23 and March 3, 2024, a window with views of the national and international short film panorama, through 79 works in competition in its different competitions. The festival “ratifies its commitment to the diversity of styles, genres, formats and themes linked to social reality.”
A spot in the world, will be part of the La Otra Mirada section, and its premiere is on February 26 at 5:00 p.m. at the Medina Auditorium.
The synopsis of the short film is as follows:
In the midst of a strange mental crisis linked to a new drug called daisies, Franklin Cloud returns to the neighborhood where he grew up, hoping to find a place to start over, a place to belong... and more daisies. .
The short film has also been selected to be part of the Málaga Short Corner within MAFIZ, and will have its market screening on March 4 at 10:00.
